Return Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products and health regulations, We have a [72] Hours return policy, which means you have [72] Hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need Order Number and clear photos of the order items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll process your return and send you the shipping details [shipping cost included].

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged and provide your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and bottle, or if you receive a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will assess the damage and send a free replacement or issue a full refund after inspection.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to send the Order Number and clear photos of the return items, and once the return is accepted, we’ll send the new item as exchange shipment [shipping cost included] .


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically transferred within 5 business days.
